Why write a blog? Why now?
It’s been an interesting and stimulating life, and it still is: from working class home to world class universities, and onward to Africa, the Gulf, senior executive positions in global industries and more, operating in so many sectors – charities, oil & gas, foreign armed services, defence, security, civil engineering, career support, law, voluntary organisations and others. Adventures, dangers, triumphs, disasters, huge lifetime friendships, lots of fun, a current and future illness, and a number of things I’ve not spoken about in the past.

To write a book would be a task too far. The mind is still active, or at least I hope it is. There’s plenty to talk about quite apart from David Peace. I need another hobby, and to enjoy it.
So this is the latest adventure, hopefully interesting and fun. We’ll see …..
If you can, start at the first entry on 1 April 2020 and then take your time: CLICK HERE or go to Journal, top right.
